Terms & Conditions - the basics

We understand that terms and conditions can often seem very formal however we need to have them in place to cover ourselves and our customers interests.

Therefore all we ask is that our props and games are looked after and returned to us in the condition we hired them in as our business was set up for our customers to be able to hire our prop's at an affordable price and we shall be able to keep this going if our prop's are looked after and loved as if they were your own.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE HIRING OF EQUIPMENT FROM KELEE’S WEDDING AND EVENT PROP HIRE

Prices quoted are for one period of hire: up to 48 hours or Friday to Sunday or as agreed.
Please note these are hired items that are reused and although we do our best to keep everything at its best, therefore there maybe slight imperfections or slight variations in shape and size. The hirer is responsible for any loss, dirty or damage to hired goods and packaging from the time of delivery until the time of collection or return to Kelee’s Wedding & Event Prop Hire.
Losses, damage, and dirty goods are charged at the full list replacement cost, including burnt, mildewed, torn or heavily soiled linen which cannot be made clean. A breakage deposit OF £100 will be payable on booking which will be refunded within 7 days once the order is checked back.
It is the hirer’s responsibility to arrange insurance in regard to theft, damage and public liability whilst goods and equipment are on hire.
All equipment must be used in a safe manner, taking into account any instructions supplied with the equipment. No responsibility is accepted by Kelee’s Wedding & Event Prop Hire for injury or damage caused by improper use of equipment
Deliveries to unoccupied premises or third parties are at the hirer’s own risk.
Unless definite proof can be provided to the contrary, no liability is accepted by Kelee’s Wedding and Event Prop Hire that our checking back of stock numbers and condition is incorrect.
If you have agreed to keep the games/props overnight, please ensure they are stored in a secure and dry location.
On acceptance of delivery, any discrepancies from the INVOICE must be reported immediately and every effort will be made to rectify shortages before the start of your event.
Extra delivery and collection costs may be incurred if the hirer does not make clear before delivery any difficult-to-access premises which may require further staff or extra time, especially for heavy or large items.
Orders not ready for collection or goods not cleaned at the agreed collection time may incur extra costs for the waiting time involved.
Please provide us with details of who we should speak to when dropping off / collecting the games/props if you yourself will not be present.
Deposits are non-refundable to secure booking.
All goods and packaging remain the property of Kelee’s Wedding and Event Prop Hire
Full payment is due 14 days before delivery of orders unless otherwise stated.. We reserve the right to charge for late cancellations As Per the following (Greater than 6 months notice prior to the date of event, 100% refund, 3-6 months notice 75% refund, less than 3 months notice will not be eligible for a refund,
Our Prices our reviewed annually in line with current market prices, please be aware that there may be a slight increase for bookings made in advance of 12 months. You will be notified in advance of any such increase.
