Once we have received your order request we will check our availability and the distance for delivery. We generally operate within a maximum of 40 miles radius of BH8 in Bournemouth (Excluding the Isle of Wight) which can be seen in the image below. If you are outside of this area please contact us as we can on occasion deliver outside of this area.

Delivery/collection times and setup
Delivery - We will usually aim to deliver and set up the games and props at your venue on the morning of the event or at least within a few hours before it starts to ensure we have adequate time to set them up.
Setup - We will require you to provide a contact for when we arrive at the venue if you are not going to be there yourself who will be able to provide us with information about where the games/props will be set up.
Collection - We will aim to collect later the same day/evening (20:30 latest collection time) or the following morning depending on the location. We are experienced with discreetly collecting our games and props so that your guests will barely notice we have collected them.
